PeakSense is a personal-use desktop application that helps a content creator process video recordings they already own into short highlight clips, and optionally publish those clips to social media accounts the user has connected.
You retain full ownership of any video, audio, or other content you process using PeakSense. PeakSense does not claim any rights to your content.
When you connect a third-party account (such as YouTube or TikTok), PeakSense acts only on your explicit instruction — for example, to download your own videos or to publish a clip you have chosen to post. PeakSense does not take any action on a connected account without you initiating it.
PeakSense is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. The developer is not responsible for any loss of data, service interruption, or other issue arising from use of the application.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of PeakSense after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
